Huhu

I've been trying out the microdosing since yesterday and had a lot of dreams tonight and was awake a lot. (I eat them in the morning though) then I read on the internet that it could be from the truffles. does anyone have any experience? Is it a good sign because the nerves are regulating themselves or something like that? what can be done about it? i will continue to observe it.

I'm hoping for less overthinking, lightness, less nervousness in certain situations and better focus through microdosing in general... I'm just completely new to the field and would be happy to receive initial tips or similar experience reports ☺️

If it suits you, I would recommend keeping a dream journal instead of doing something about it - microdosing also makes me dream much more intensely, unfortunately not yet in such a way that I wake up between dreams and am able to take notes. The phase of my life when I did this was a long time ago and happened without microdosing. (I was on a trip, or rather started on a trip - with a lot of sleeping under the open sky, so the sleep is not so deep) I found the book again some time ago, there were even several dreams noted in one night.

Edit : It definitely helps me with overthinking and less nervousness in certain situations. Especially when these situations involve a lot of people. If I know that "certain situations" are coming up, I also like to take a microdose directly beforehand. I would say yes in principle, because I am more relaxed - but I still find it difficult to keep my focus when I have to deal with annoying paperwork at home, for example.
