Hello everyone, I'm a newbie and don't know which mushroom to order from the store. About me: I am 58 years old and am looking for something against depression. Due to rheumatic diseases, I take 1 ml of medicinal cannabis extract in the evening (doctor's prescription). This helps against my pain but not against my depression. I would be very happy if I could get a recommendation on which mushroom I can order from your store to start microdosing. Thank you very much, Anke

A cube is a cube

it doesn't really matter which mushroom you order, the only difference is the pylocobin concentration - especially with microdosing this is completely irrelevant. It is a little different if you grow from spores, i.e. if you grow them completely yourself. There are probably varieties that are easier or more sensitive or more complicated to grow.

it would be more important to think about how to dry them properly, for example, but in winter you can also do it on the heater if necessary - it should just run through when drying so that it doesn't take too long.

Hello!

I saw this question late: magic mushrooms cannot be ordered, they were declared illegal in NL in 2007. This was due to massive pressure from big pharma via lies in the media.

You can only order magic mushroom cultivation kits. If you want to start microdosing quickly, you can order "magic truffles", which are NOT mushrooms, but sclerotia, i.e. vital (living) risen spores. Since only mushrooms and parts of mushrooms were banned and not spores, the "magic truffles" have remained legal. In Germany, living spores were removed from the BtmG in 2009 (by replacing the term "organisms" with a list of organisms that omitted the spores/sclerotia).

Like magic mushrooms, sclerotia contain psilocybin, but are "accidentally overdosable" and there are no accidents, so they could not be banned and in 2019 they were declared a stimulant and subject to the "full tax rate". This means they can be produced and sold.

They are basically all the same (so there are no super-strong ones that you can take far too much of) and the smallest ones are suitable for microdosing because they are easiest to divide into small portions.
