Day 1 27.03.2025/ 19.30 h
Taking my first dose (one truffle swallowed whole with water).
10.30 p.m. I'm sitting comfortably on the sofa. A little tiredness has set in, maybe because I'm just tired. It's kind of cozy in my head, otherwise it's business as usual.
Day 2 28.03.2025 / 08.00 a.m.
I'm pretty tired. Let's see how the day turns out.
Today I would take the second truffle around 11.30am just before my first meal. I do intermittent fasting and leave 16 breaks between meals.
11.45 a.m. Take the second truffle on an empty stomach.

It was a relaxed day, but I don't think I really noticed anything. There was something in between, but I can't describe it. It's now been 7 hours since I took it.

After a day's break, I took 2 truffles today. I will probably stick to this dosage. At the moment, however, I still can't notice any direct difference or effect.
31.03.2025 12.15 pm
Took 2 grams of truffles today on an empty stomach. I will have my first meal in about an hour.
01.04.2025 08.30 a.m.
I've noticed that I haven't been able to get to sleep for 2 nights now, despite exercising and taking a bath in the evening.

Nothing exciting has happened in the last few days...
But! Today and a few days ago I played tennis about 3 hours after taking it, maybe I'm imagining it or it's a placebo effect, but I feel much calmer and more focused. Today I knocked an opponent off the court who is normally much better. A similar situation a few days ago. Confirmation today. No plan. 😁
