Hello my box 100%myz. has now been standing for 10 days. On the 7th day the first fungus appeared and on the 9th day more of them came. This means that I now have a small finger-sized mushroom and lots of babies. Now my question is can I harvest the big one when it is ready and let the others continue or do I have to remove everything when the big one is ready and then reactivate it?

Hello!
Yes, you can twist out the larger ones and let the smaller ones grow. It doesn't necessarily have to be better than harvesting everything and starting the next flush.
As soon as the small ones stop growing, they must be harvested.
Mushrooms grow because the cake contracts and pushes water into it. As soon as this stops, all the mushrooms stop growing and must be harvested at the latest!

@david thanks for the answer :) I have another question: with my new kit, the small ones grow more like a bush of different sizes or one always sticks out of this bush .... when the big one is ripe for harvesting can I try to twist it off or is it better to take off the whole bush?

Hello!

If they grow bushy, it is usually difficult to get just the big one out.

But: Mushrooms are not plants that grow from CO2 and sunlight, but the total amount of mushrooms is determined by the amount of nutrients in the substrate and the healthiness of the cake.

If you harvest the smaller mushrooms and the cake remains healthy, you will have more "active ingredient quantity" overall because the smaller mushrooms are relatively more potent.

There's nothing wrong with harvesting smaller mushrooms...
