In Sweden, magic mushrooms are not listed by name in the BtmG (as in the Netherlands) but with a paraphrase as in Germany: "mushrooms with an effect but no medical benefit" are illegal. Before 2015, there were hardly any meaningful studies on the medical benefits of psilocybin and everyone pretended that magic mushrooms were some kind of dangerous party drug.
Today there are countless studies from "renowned universities" (many of them summarized in an e-book at ProviThor) - but as long as no one stands up against injustice, it will continue to exist, because it is always for the profit of someone who exploits it.
In both SE and DE it is pretended that magic truffles are mushrooms, although not only does Holland obviously see a huge difference, but there are also differences in terms of mycology and effect. It is simply said that truffles are "underground mushrooms" - which is true, except that magic truffles are not truffles, but sclerotia, i.e. vital giant spores - and spores are not forbidden anywhere, except in Switzerland, where serfdom and lack of freedom is total. The Swiss are serfs of the pharmaceutical industry and do not defend themselves. They prefer to pay small fines and have peace of mind when they are "caught" exercising their human right to natural health.
But all shipments to Switzerland go through customs, the EU is a customs union, we pay VAT to Germany and Sweden, nothing is cleared through customs there and we send 100% discreetly. Legally, we sell in SE/DE as if we were there, because we (have to) pay VAT to the states.
How could the justice system, if it were really illegal, leave the dealer unmolested, KNOWINGLY take a cut from him (taxes) - but prosecute the customers? That is absurd. Customs assumes it's all darknet, all illegal, untaxed. It doesn't even occur to them that they could have been taken in by lies and disinformation, they think they are the good guys, even though they are protecting the profits of the abysmal bad guys - big pharma - at the expense of people's health.
Of course it is legal to heal your health naturally with magic potions or (home-grown) magic mushrooms and any law that tried to prevent this would be invalid per se because it is criminal and inhumane. But that's the theory.
The practice is that big pharma goes over dead bodies for profit and lives on lies, controls the mass media and controls the judiciary via the universities - see Corona.
However, it is also big pharma, which in Jamaica, the only country in the world that has not banned the pure substance, has already been producing and testing new products containing psilocybin for a few years (e.g. nasal spray) and soon wants to do the business itself - with patented therapies - and for this they need to reduce the stigmatization and so they not only allow us to use magic truffle microtruffles, but they also want to use them as a drug. They want to do business themselves soon - with patented therapies - and for this they need to reduce the stigmatization and so they not only allow us to sell magic truffle microdosing, but they also promote it with occasional articles in the mass media about how healthy it is, They promote it with occasional articles in the mass media about how healthy it is - even if it is "unfortunately forbidden", so that one day the call for the legalization of psilocybin will come "from the people" and big pharma will appear as the saviors with already prepared products and patented therapies and will be able to make big business. I think it will be another 1-3 years before then
