Hooray, your microdose has arrived! What's next, step by step:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. open the package<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Open your shipment and check that everything is there. Is everything clean and free of mold? (Mold is colorful, looks disgusting and smells when you open it). Do the products look undamaged? If not, please take a photo directly and send it to us, together with your order number and a short message to: info@rabbel.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, everything is fine, or is being worked on by us. Let's make sure it stays that way!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. storage<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Correct storage is important, the products are for you, not for the garbage can. In short: everything that is fresh must be refrigerated. Everything that is dry must remain dry.  You can find out what is fresh and what is dry on the product pages. Further down on this page you will also find more detailed tips on what to store and how to store it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. first microdose<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Your first microdose may feel excitingly spectacular, but please don't put too much pressure on yourself. You probably won't notice anything at first and that's the right thing to do. The effects of microdosing develop over time, over days and weeks.  After eating, your stomach is full, which prevents the active ingredients from being metabolized too quickly. Perfect for microdosing! Grab your blister and cut out the first portion with scissors. Are you very sensitive? No problem, just take half and leave the rest for next time. Wash down your microdose with a glass of water without chewing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voila, you have microdosed for the first time <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Especially at the beginning, we recommend microdosing 6 times a week and then taking a 1-day break. This is not a must, just a suggestion to get to the right dose as quickly as possible. Incidentally, the body does not build up tolerance when microdosing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. status quo<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>You can stop reading now and just go about your daily life, or you can venture a little deeper into the matter. To notice subtle changes more quickly, for example, it is very helpful to do a weekly check-in with yourself. Don't worry, it's not a huge time waster and can help you to quickly determine whether the dose was right for you. It involves 5 questions, the answers to which are best written down. Either on a piece of paper or as a note on your cell phone. Ready?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How are you doing?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What would you like to achieve with microdosing?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What feels impossible at the moment, even though you think it should be possible?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What hurts you?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What small change or action would make your life better tomorrow?.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Answer as short or as long as you like. If you wrote on paper, keep the note where you have your microdose. If you have a note on your cell phone, put a reminder in your calendar to check back in 1 week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. check-in<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the first week has passed, it's time for a little check: your notes from the first day are needed. Expand your observations to include anything new, whether positive or negative. Tingling in the fingertips? Fewer headaches? More headaches? Does your pet particularly like you? No matter what, just write it down. You can repeat this exercise as often as you like. It gives you an overview of your progress, but is also a great opportunity to train your self-awareness and listen to your feelings. Of course, you can also do this more often than once a week. You may have noticed that this is purely about the \u201enow\u201c, not about your ideal future or who you would like to be. This is a little Yedi Mind trick that has nothing to do with manifestation, but can still help you make rapid progress towards improvement.
