Nur nicht unter Druck. Es funktioniert bei mir gut so, muss es auch so machen da ich diese Menge an Substrat nur mit vielen Durchgängen in den Dampfdrucktopf bekommen würde.

Bevor ich das Substrat mit der KB beimpfe, pasteurisiere ich es im Backofen bei 140 Grad für 4 Stunden und lasse es danach für mehrere Stunden im Backofen hetinterkühlen.
