hello
i look at all of soullous' posts and everything he says fascinates me. i can totally understand it and find it so logical what he says.
i am highly sensitive and am currently rediscovering and reinventing myself. it feels as if i have "lost" my old life and a new one is coming. i still can't come to terms with it and am lost or searching. already the 2nd time burnout. i want to grow, go new ways spiritually. understand the whole thing. i want life and lightness again.
i also want to let go of my past and make peace. new, better direction. i want to paint, be creative, inspire people.
i really need some help and support regarding the type of mushrooms, dose, intake and duration of intake. can you please contact me or advise me?
am at home in switzerland...
best regards
kaja

Hello Kaja!

Nice of you to write, and first of all: Switzerland is one of the most repressive countries in the world when it comes to magic mushrooms and sclerotia (magic truffles).

Here is our private group for the Swiss:

https://pilzezauber.info/gruppen/schweiz/

because the Swiss are serfs of the pharmaceutical industry and are not allowed to decide for themselves what they want to eat for their health and what they want to grow for themselves. Most Swiss customers order from a collection point in Germany or another EU country. There is some official in Zurich I customs who makes sure that Swiss people's human rights are curtailed - and no Swiss person wants to stand up against serfdom and human rights violations (e.g. the free choice of therapy).

The magic mushrooms and "magic truffles" (sclerotia) are basically all the same. Even the really different species, such as Copelandia and the bald heads that grow wild in Switzerland, are basically the same, have the same active ingredients as the "classic magic mushrooms", only the relative concentrations vary, but that doesn't really make much difference. The sclerotia are milder and more suitable for microdosing.

The sclerotia (vital giant spores, called "magic truffles") are "super-healing vegetables", it is important to start eating them, you can safely try out the quantities and duration yourself. You can imagine a society in which vitamin C is banned and everyone suffers from scurvy. If you have oranges, it's not important how many of them you should eat and at what rhythm, it's important to eat them at all and start the healing process.

Not only is there no dependence, there is "negative tolerance", you need less and less over time and - even strong - addictions are ended. There are no dangers - if you take too much, you become tired and unfocused for a few hours - then you know that it was too much and take less after a break.

There are various sources that suggest rigid intake rhythms, 6 days take 1 day break, or 4-3 or 1-2 or 5-2 but sclerotia are not pharmaceutical poisons but healing vegetables, it is better to listen to your body and experiment. You can take it every day for years - there is no addiction and as written above, you take less and less and at some point you stop taking it regularly and only take it if you know that it would be useful to take a dose again for a situation - for example nerve pain or wounds that have arisen.

As empathy, solution-oriented thinking and creativity are increased, many people become artistically active after or during microdosing. Others begin to come to terms with their past so that they can leave it behind them. Still others heal their depression and become more focused in their existing job, more empathetic in their relationships - but do not develop artistic ambitions.

It is rather that a deficiency is eliminated - as in the case of scurvy with vitamin C - damage to the brain and nerve pathways is healed and sometimes decades of chronic pain disappears and people discover and develop their respective selves - whatever they may be.

It is important to start and stick with it, even if you don't notice anything or only a little at first, it is not a "drug" that "kicks you in", not an alcohol rush, it is the orange for the scurvy sufferer: the symptoms of the deficiency disappear and health is restored. That doesn't sound exciting and yet for some it is like a new birth.

Don't worry too much about the quantity, duration and rhythm, a dose is about 1g of fresh sclerotia or 0.1g of dry magic mushrooms. For some this is a lot - for others it is too little. Some take only 1/2 dose every 3 days, others take 3 doses a day, every day. You start with one or half a dose and listen to your body and find "your dose" and "your rhythm" over time.
